Att: Margaret Boden Thankyou for your comments regarding my little bit of history of my street (81 Shadforth St) I was very young when I attended Malvern so I do not remember any of the teachers names although I have fond memories of my days there. I have since found two old class photos (1947) from Malvern so if possible I will have those included into my story, one of these photos show ladies I am not sure if these ladies are all mothers or if some may be teachers perhaps you may reconize some one you know. With Regards Dennis Francis

My name is Robert Manning
I lived at 5 avenue rd Mosman and looked over Mulgannons boat shed.
Great fishing off the pontoons them,I fished off mostly the sea scouts pontoon gettin blue swimmer crabs and good flat head.
The bay always had plenty of bait fish how that has now changed for the worse.
I also went to Mosman school I didn’t last long as I was a difficult child, I remember Shadbolt well I got the Cain off him quite a few times and most times well deserved.
All the best to the memories.

Hello Dennis , I lived in Raglan Street and my family used to visit your home & I recall your Dad was a good fisherman having a boat down the Spit
I went to Mosmsn Primary & had no problem with Col Shadbolt he used to help me with school work. I used to swim at Sirius Cove with Wendy Johnston .
