To the right is some sandstone that came from the Mosman Bay wharf built by Archibald Mosman in the 1830s. This photograph was taken in the 1960s.

I used to fish off the sailing club wharfe as a kid great fishing. Back from there was the sea scouts wharfe even better fishing. Unfortunately they dredged the bay for the mariner and ruined it thats progress. I bet those people fossicking on the rocks in the 1960s will not forget the great oysters you could eat off the rocks, I bet they are barron now.
